Longtime association lobbyist Ned Monroe to succeed Dick Doyle Monroe Longtime association lobbyist Ned Monroe has been named CEO of the Vinyl Institute. He succeeds Dick Doyle, who previously announced that he would retire from the $5.1M-revenue association by the end of the year. Monroe was SVP of external relations at the National Association of Manufacturers, before departing in January 2017 for a position with Racine, Wis.-based corporation SC Johnson.
